The essence of the architectural concept was to create a building compex using high quality unified materials and facade design within industrial scale and function which is able to harmonize with the rural surrounding environment. Inspiratin was the undertake the tradition of massive brick built industrial-agricultural buildings at that region (Villany, South-Hungary) from the previous century to create a "timeless architecture".
